Newman is definitely gonna miss some time for sure, he’s getting older, idk if he has it in him to retire just yet, though...

My vote and money is on David Ragan to take over the duties behind the #6 car...

I am very sorry that this happened to him. He is an old man and very lucky that there is no danger to his life. I think he will give up the next race and stop performing under his license plate. He will love to pass on his experience and knowledge to his young receiver.

But this is a really big blow for the builders of his car and for his sponsors, as they also failed everything.I read that all participants have already used it prayrs.org to pray for his speedy recovery. I don't think a year will be enough for them to get back on their feet and figure out how to proceed.We need to support them and give them some of our luck and confidence.
